Abstract
本研究指在建構一套多元性別融入公民課程之課程方案,期望透過課程實施,提升學生多元性別認知並降低性別刻板印象與偏見。為達到上述之目的,本研究以國中八年級的學生為研究對象,採用行動研究取向之課程設計,進行課程方案的實踐,並從課程實施、學生的多元性別認知及性別刻板印象與偏見改變情形及教師專業成長三個面向,探究多元性別課程之建構與實施情形。本課程方案實施成效分析,主要運用質性搜集方法,包含訪談、教師教學省思札記、而在量化的部分,則以課程意見調查表為輔。並於課程實施及資料搜集後,進行統整與分析,藉此發現研究結果如下:一、以「多元性別」為核心思想之課程建構。二、運用多元主題、媒材、教學策略及評量提升學生學習動機、成效並激發潛能。
三、實施多元性別課程方案後,學生能提升性別認知及人際互動軟實力。
四、教師定位的重建與多元文化教學力提升。
This research refers to the construction of a curriculum plan for the inclusion of gender diversity in a citizenship curriculum. It is expected that through the implementation of the curriculum, students' awareness of gender diversity will be enhanced and gender stereotypes and prejudices will be reduced. In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, this study takes eighth-grade middle school students as the research object, adopts the curriculum design of the action research orientation, carries out the practice of the curriculum plan, and changes the situation from the curriculum implementation, students' multi-gender cognition and gender stereotypes and prejudices. And three aspects of teachers' professional growth, to explore the construction and implementation of multi-gender curriculum. The analysis of the implementation effect of this course plan mainly uses qualitative collection methods, including interviews, notes on teachers' teaching reflections, and the quantitative part is supplemented by course opinion questionnaires. After the course implementation and data collection, the integration and analysis were carried out, and the research results were found as follows: 1.Curriculum Construction with"Gender Diversity" as the Core Thought. 2. Use diverse themes, media, teaching strategies and assessments to enhance students' motivation, effectiveness and potential. 3. After implementing the gender diversity curriculum plan, students can enhance their gender awareness and interpersonal interaction soft power. 4. Reconstruction of Teacher Positioning and Improvement of Multicultural Teaching Ability.
