Abstract

本研究旨在探討國中學生志願服務行為意向。欲了解國中學生十二年國教服務學習現況,探討十二年國教服務學習經驗、志願服務態度、主觀規範、控制知覺與志願服務行為意向彼此間的關係,以及能否預測國中學生未來志願服務行為意向。 本研究採用問卷調查法,便利取樣新北市、桃園市、新竹市及嘉義市等地區八、九年級國中學生,有效樣本共計490份。研究工具為「國中學生從事志願服務行為意向問卷」。研究結果發現國中學生依從十二年國教服務學習規定時數從事服務學習,從事最多的服務學習類型為環境保護。對於志願服務,女生比男生有更正向的態度與控制知覺,更願意再度從事志願服務;九年級學生服務學習時數顯著高於八年級,但八年級學生比九年級學生對志願服務有更正向的態度及主觀規範。國中學生從事十二國教服務學習之經驗與志願服務行為意向無相關,且無法預測未來志願服務行為意向。而志願服務態度、主觀規範、控制知覺與志願服務行為意向有正相關,且可預測志願服務行為意向。最後,依據各項研究結果擬出相關建議,供實務上及後續研究參考。
This study attempted to explore the behavior intention relation for volunteer services among junior-high-school students, understand outcomes of the 12-year high-school national service-learning program, and examine the relationships between students’ experience of this program, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, intention, and behaviors associated with volunteering, in order to determine whether these relationships are good indicators of their likelihood of volunteering. The Junior-high-school students’ behavior intention towards volunteer services questionnaire was administered to students from New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Chiayi City. A total of 490 valid responses were collected. The results showed that most junior-high students met the 12-year national service-learning program criteria. With regard to volunteering willingness, female students had more positive attitudes and perceived behavior control than male students. Ninth-grade students had completed significantly more hours compared to eighth graders ; however, the eighth graders showed more positive attitudes and subject norms than the ninth graders. The relationship between students’ experiences and their behavior intention towards volunteer services was not significant; thus, predictors could not be identified. Attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and behavior intention towards volunteer services were positively related. The behavior intention relation for volunteer services was verified.
