dc.description.abstract本研究是研究者當時擔職日本橫濱中華學院校長職,當2020年2月新冠肺炎(COVID-19)蔓延初期,探究日本政府神奈川縣廳發佈緊急事態宣言命令之前與發佈之後,學校學生由正常上課轉為線上學習,如何透過學校自身決策機制,如熱線會議、教師動員、家長學生們共同防疫。並站在管理者觀點觀察行政決策的過程,以及探討疫情發生前線上設備與線上學習的效果。家長們對防疫以及僑校橫濱中華學院的期待如何,作研究分析。本研究採質化研究法透過文件分析、相關人士訪談、親身觀察及自我反思筆記等方式進行個案研究。經分析得出以下四項結論:1.華僑學校獨立行政管理決策機制有助於減緩COVID-19擴散。2.疫情初期,學校完成數位學習設施環境,獲得學生與家長正面的評價。3.經由線上學習,可以有效減緩師生的感染風險。4.疫情期間善用國內網路教育平台以及舉辦線上創意語文競賽與校慶慶祝活動,有助於提升學生學習效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study focused on the time during the beginning of the during Pandemic in February 2020, while the researcher served as the principal of Yokohama Overseas Chinese School in Japan. At the initial stage of the spread of During Pandemic in February 2020, the researcher explored how the school students changed from normal classes to online learning before and after the Kanagawa Prefecture Department of the Japanese government issued the emergency declaration and order, and how to prevent the epidemic through the school's own decision-making mechanisms, such as hotline meetings, teacher mobilization, parents and students. And from the perspective of managers, observe the process of administrative decision-making, and explore the effect of equipment and online learning on the front line of the epidemic. Parents' expectations of epidemic prevention and Yokohama Chinese College of overseas Chinese school are studied and analyzed. This study adopts the qualitative research method to conduct a case study through document analysis, interviews with relevant people, personal observation and self reflection notes. After analysis, the following four conclusions are drawn:1. The independent administrative decision-making system of overseas Chinese school had a significant impact on reducing the spread of COVID-19.2. Durin the beginning of the pandemic, the school completed the establishment of digital and online learning infrastructure and environment, which received positive feedback from the students and parents.3. Through online learning, the risk of disease infection for teachers and students was significantly reduced.4. During the pandemic, utilizing the Taiwanese online education system, holding online creative language competition, and school anniversary celebration activities improved students’ learning performance.en_US
