國中技藝教育專班學習動機與學習滿意度之研究

Abstract
本研究主要目的在於探討國中技藝教育專班學習動機與學習滿意度。其具體目的為了解國中技藝教育專班學習動機與學習滿意度之情形,並探討不同背景變項之國中技藝教育班學習動機與學習滿意度之差異,最後根據研究結果提出具體建議,以作為相關單位參考之依據。
本研究是以97學年度經由教育部審查通過辦理技藝教育專班之53所國中學校為母群體,抽出19所國中,共發出527份問卷為研究樣本,有效回收問卷共491份。資料分析採用平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法,加以分析與討論,並獲得以下結論:
壹、國中技藝教育專班學習動機以「學習價值」構面表現最高;在學習滿意度以「學習成效」構面表現最高。
貳、國中技藝教育班學習動機與學習滿意度,會因部分背景變項之不同而有顯著差異。
參、國中技藝教育專班學習動機與學習滿意度有顯著正相關存在。
This study aims to investigate the learning motivation and learning satisfaction in Technical-Art education program of Junior High School through literature reviewing and questionnaire survey. Its concrete goal was to understand the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction in students’ different background variables. It’s hoped that the result of the study can serve as worth-noticing information to the authorities concerned In the 97th school year, 53 junior high schools which were examined by Ministry of Education were authorized to establish, 19 of them were sampled and 527 survey questionnaires were issued in this research and 491 questionnaires were valid. The data were analyzed by a number of statistical techniques. Such as mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe’ mothod and Pearson product-moment correlation. The conclusion as following: 1. In learning motivation, students had their highest scores in “worth of learning” ; in learning satisfaction, students had their highest scores in “effects of learning”. 2. There were significant differences among part items of learning motivation and learning satisfaction of students based on different background variables. 3. There was a significant strange correlation between learning motivation and learning satisfaction.
