Abstract
本研究其目的在探究臺灣與印尼、印度(以下簡稱雙印)雙邊論壇教育政策執行之現況、成效、影響因素、其因應策略,以訪談及文件分析蒐集雙印相關研究資料,進行瞭解及分析臺灣與雙印雙邊論壇教育政策執行之現況、成效、影響因素、其因應策略,以達成本研究目的;本研究主要結論如下:一、 現階段配合新南政策聚焦雙印為合作對象國家。二、 臺灣與雙印雙邊論壇之重要成效,為簽署雙邊備忘錄。三、 政治及文化,為推動臺灣與雙印雙邊論壇之重要影響因素。四、 臺灣與雙印論壇執行之因應,重點於建立雙邊書面的約定。五、 臺灣與雙印論壇執行,提高臺灣高等教育在雙印國際教育能見度。六、 加強臺灣與雙印雙邊論壇,促進雙邊學校與學校的教育交流。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current status, effectiveness, influencing factors, and coping strategies of educational policy implementation in the bilateral forum between Taiwan, Indonesia, and India (hereinafter referred to as “India- Indonesia”), and to collect relevant research data on India-Indonesia through interviews and document analysis for understanding and analysis. The current status, effectiveness, influencing factors, and coping strategies of education policy implementation in the Taiwan and India-Indonesia Bilateral Forum to achieve the purpose of this research. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1. At this stage, in the New South Policy, the two countries are the target countries for cooperation.2. An important achievement of the Taiwan and India-Indonesia Bilateral Forum is the signing of a bilateral memorandum.3. Politics and culture are important factors in promoting the Taiwan and India-Indonesia Bilateral Forum.4. The response to the implementation of Taiwan and India-Indonesia Bilateral Forum focuses on the establishment of bilateral written agreements.5. The implementation of the Taiwan and India-Indonesia Forum to increase the visibility of Taiwanese higher education in India-Indonesia international education.6. Strengthen the Taiwan and India-Indonesia Bilateral Forum to promote educational exchanges between schools in the two countries.
