國軍深造教育學員學習策略、學習行為及其相關因素之研究-以陸軍指揮參謀學院正規班為例

Abstract
本研究旨在探討國軍深造教育學員的「學習策略」與「學習行為」之間的關係。以在國防大學陸軍指揮參謀學院受訓的正規班104年班學員為研究樣本,透過隨機抽樣的方式,計發放 250 份問卷,共回收 227 份問卷,回收率達 90.8 %,經剔除無效問卷,實得有效問卷共 219 份,有效回收率達 87.6 %。所使用的調查工具包括:「基本資料調查表」、「學習策略量表」及「學習行為量表」。利用「 SPSS 21.0 版」之套裝軟體進行統計分析,資料分析方法包括:因素分析、信度分析、多變項變異數分析、多元迴歸分析、逐步迴歸分析與典型相關分析,進行研究。實證分析結果發現如下:
一、不同單位性質、兵科屬性、職務類別、軍官養成教育體系、教育程度及服務年資之國軍深造教育學員在學習策略均未達顯著差異。
二、不同兵科屬性之國軍深造教育學員在學習行為上有顯著差異,但不同單位性質、職務類別、軍官養成教育體系、教育程度及服務年資之國軍深造教育學員在學習行為上未達顯著差異。
三、國軍深造教育學員的學習策略可以預測學習行為的預測力為50.7 %。
四、國軍深造教育學員的學習策略解釋學習行為的途徑為:「由學習策略的認知策略變項影響到學習行為的學習習慣,或由學習策略的認知策略變項影響到學習行為的學習態度」。
研究者依據研究結果,提供國防大學及陸軍指揮參謀學院辦理國軍深造教育的建議,並針對研究工具及研究方向提出建議,俾供未來研究者之參考。
The purpose of this research is to discuss the relationship between “learning strategy” and “learning behavior” among the officer students who attend the Intermediate Level Education. The officer students of class 2015 are the samples of research, 250 surveys were disseminated and 227 were collected, the recycle rate is 90.8 percent. After subtraction of ineffective surveys, 219 surveys were used for research; the effective recycle rate is 87.6 percent. The tools used for research include “Personal Information”, “Scale of Learning Strategy” and “Scale of Learning Behavior”. The analysis was conducted by using “SPSS version 21.0” which implemented the analogy of factors, credential, multiple variables, multiple regression and stepwise regression. The findings are stated below: 1. The research found minor difference in regard of Learning Strategy based on the nature of units, branch of service, categories of assignment, sources of military education, level of education and years in service among the officer students. 2. Significant difference in Learning Behavior in regard of branch of service, but minor difference in regards of nature of units, categories of assignment, sources of military education, level of education and years in service among the officer students. 3. The projected Learning Behavior is 50.7% pending the various forms of Learning Strategy among the officers students. 4.The path of explaining the Learning Behavior from the Learning Strategy Variables of officers students who attend the Intermediate Level Education: the Strategic Variables of acknowledgement affect the learning attitude of Learning Behavior. Taking into account the results of this research, the research proposes several recommendations in further military education domain to National Defense University (NDU), Army Command and Staff College. Also, it offers suggestions in the aspect of research tools and methods for future study.
