Abstract

本研究旨在探討雙生涯男性進行自願性生涯轉換之歷程,以及其家庭角色與價值對其生涯轉換的影響。本研究採敘事研究法,研究者閱讀文獻資料後,根據研究目的與問題,設計半結構式之訪談大綱,邀請三位研究參與者進行深度訪談,並將訪談資料以「整體─內容」及「類別─內容」分析之模式進行分析。研究結果如下:(一)本研究三位研究參與者之生涯決定與轉換歷程可分為四個階段:發展期、轉換前期、轉換期及轉換後適應期。(二)本研究三位研究參與者生涯轉換過程中的考量因素可分為環境因素、工作因素、個人因素及家庭因素等四個面向。(三)本研究三位研究參與者生涯轉換過程中遇到的挑戰與因應,可分為五個類別,包含新冠疫情、現實與理想有落差、對未知感到擔心、轉職導致家庭角色失衡,及內在優勢。(四)家庭角色與價值對本研究三位研究參與者生涯轉換的影響,可分為四個類別:性別框架增強工作角色的發揮、家庭成為工作發展支持力量、雙生涯角色間有互利作用、父職帶來個人成長。本研究根據研究結果,提出對於性別平等教育及未來研究的建議。
This study aims to explore the process of voluntary career transition among dual-career males and the impact of their family roles and values on career transition. The study adopts a narrative research approach. After reviewing the literature, the researcher designed a semi-structured interview outline based on the research objectives and questions. Three research participants were invited to engage in in-depth interviews. The interview data were analyzed in terms of “holistic-content” and “category-content” analysis models.The results of this study are as follows: (1) The career decision-making and transition processes of the three research participants in this study can be divided into four stages: developmental stage, pre-transition stage, transition stage, and post-transition adaptation stage. (2) The factors influencing the career transition process of the three research participants in this study can be categorized into four dimensions: environmental factors, job-related factors, personal factors, and family factors. (3) The challenges and coping strategies encountered by the three research participants during their career transition process can be classified into five categories: the COVID-19 pandemic, a discrepancy between reality and ideals, concerns about the unknown, imbalance of family roles due to career change, and internal strengths. (4) The impact of family roles and values on the career transition of the three research participants in this study can be categorized into four categories: gender frameworks enhancing the expression of work roles, family becoming a supportive force for career development, mutually beneficial interactions between dual-career roles, and personal growth resulting from fatherhood.Based on the research findings, this study provides recommendations for gender equality education and future research.
