壓力對助人工作者專業枯竭的影響-以創造力、幽默風格為調節變項

Abstract
助人工作者由於長期與人密集互動,容易產生持續或重複的情緒壓力,導致專業枯竭。本研究旨在了解壓力對助人工作者專業枯竭的影響,也探討創造力、幽默風格調節變項對壓力與專業枯竭關係的影響。本研究對象為204位台灣地區助人工作者。研究採用五種研究工具,分別為「工作壓力反應量表」、「馬氏專業枯竭量表」、「職場幽默風格量表」、「威廉斯創造性傾向量表」及「陶倫斯創造力測驗成人適用精簡版」,本研究主要以多元迴歸分析考驗研究假設,研究結果如下:
一、助人工作者的壓力對專業枯竭有影響。
二、「流暢性」對助人工作者的壓力與專業枯竭的關係有調節效果。「低流暢性」較「高流暢性」的調節效果高。
三、「產生聯繫型幽默」及「自我提升型幽默」對專業枯竭有主要效果。
四、「攻擊型幽默」對助人工作者的壓力與專業枯竭的關係具小調節效果。「高攻擊型幽默」較「低攻擊型幽默」調節效果高。
Due to long-lasting or repetitive emotional stress caused by interaction with clients or individuals on a daily basis, helping professionals suffer from burnout easily. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of burnout among helping professionals and the influence of moderator variables such as humor styles and creativity on stress as well as burnout. There were 204 subjects who are active helping professionals in Taiwan participated in this research, and the procedures used were ” Job Stress Inventory”, ”Maslach Burnout Inventory”, ”Workplace Humor Style Scale”, ”Creativity Assessment Packet” and ”Abbreviated Torrance Test for Adults”. We use “Multriple Regression Analysis ” as the hypothesis of this research, and the results are as follows. Firstly, stress of helpers influence burnout. Secondly, “fluency” has moderating effect over stress and burnout among helpers, and “low fluency” has better moderating effect than “high fluency”. Thirdly, “affiliative humor” and “self-enhancing humor” has major effect over professional burnout. Finally, “aggressive humor” has minimal effect over the relationship between stress and professional burnout of helpers, and “high aggressive humor” has better moderating effect than “low aggressive humor”.
