中小企業創新發展-以傳統平版印刷機械製造業為例

Abstract

本研究主旨在探討平版印刷機製造業之中小企業的生存狀況，主要研究案例-新進鐵工廠股份有限公司之企業發展及衰退之狀況。本研究係採用組織生態學的立場進行探討，藉以解決產業瞬息萬變的環境如何影響中小企業之發展及企業管理方面之層面問題，以求企業得以持續生存為目的。This study seeks to describe the survival of a SME in the segment of offset press manufacturing industry. It delineates the developing and even declining stage of the case company - Shin Chin Iron Works. Adopting the perspective of organizational ecology, this study addresses the issues of how the industry environment shape the development of a SME, how a SME adapt to a changing environment to survive. Managerial implications are also provided.
