| dc.description.abstract | This study seeks to describe the survival of a SME in the segment of offset press manufacturing industry. It delineates the developing and even declining stage of the case company - Shin Chin Iron Works. Adopting the perspective of organizational ecology, this study addresses the issues of how the industry environment shape the development of a SME, how a SME adapt to a changing environment to survive.
