高學業成就原住民高中生學習現況之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解高學業成就原住民高中學生的學習現況,並透過文獻探討與對22 位受訪學 生進行訪談,獲得之結果可簡述如下。首先,社經背景不利的情形已經不再是影響學生學業成 就的主要因素。第二:教師與父母的支持能增進學生在學校的學業投入狀況。最後,受訪對象 具有較高的求成動機與較高的主流文化認同。
This study aims at understanding the key factors of high achieving aboriginal students’ academic success. After the literature review and 22 students’ interviewing, the study finds that, firstly, socio-economic disadvantage is no longer the key factor that influences students academic achievement anymore. Secondly, teachers and parents’ support can improve the students’ academic involvement in school. Finally, higher motivation for success and higher Chinese cultural identity can help students to succeed in their academic life.
