Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解臺北縣市完全中學學校公共關係與學校效能之現況,並探討完全中學學校公共關係與學校效能之關係,並依據研究結果,提出結論與建議。本研究採用問卷調查法進行,以臺北縣市完全中學編制內之現職正式合格教師為調查研究對象。從各種管道蒐集有關文獻,探討學校公共關係與學校效能之關係;抽樣調查16所學校,共回收有效問卷435份(回收率為83.77%),分別以平均數、標準差、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關,對研究資料進行分析,獲致下列結論: 一、臺北縣市完全中學整體學校公共關係的現況良好。 二、臺北縣市完全中學整體學校效能的現況良好。 三、男性、兼任行政職務、服務年資淺的臺北縣市完全中學教師在整體學校公共關係抱持較正面看法。 四、男性、兼任行政職務、學校位於臺北市的臺北縣市完全中學教師在整體學校效能抱持較正面看法 五、學校公共關係的推展對提升學校效能有正面的影響。 最後,本研究依據上述結論,提出對於教育行政主管機關、學校行政運作、學校敎師及未來研究的建議。
This study is aimed at understanding the current condition of school public relation and school effectiveness in complete high school of Taipei County and Taipei City and the relationship between these two variances.The conclusions and suggestions would be presented according to study result. Research method employed in this study is questionnaire survey. All qualified complete high school teachers at Taipei County and Taipei City were included into this study and investigated by questionnaire survey.530 samples were delivered to teachers of 16 schools, and 435 of them retrieved were valid. These valid questionnaires were analyzed by means, standard deviations, T-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The analysis of the data revealed the following conclusions: 1. The current conditions of the overall school public relation in complete high schools of Taipei County and Taipei City are fine. 2. The current conditions of the overall school effectiveness in complete high schools of Taipei County and Taipei City are fine. 3. Among complete high schools of Taipei County and Taipei City, male teachers,teachers who double as administrative positions, and young teachers have positive consciousness in overall school public relation. 4. Among complete high schools of Taipei County and Taipei City, male teachers,teachers who double as administrative positions , teachers serving in schools of Taipei City have positive consciousness in overall school effectiveness. 5. The cultivating of school public relation leads to positive influence in promoting school effectiveness. Accordingly, suggestions are presented for the Educational Administration Bureaus, complete high school administration, school teachers, and future research.
