桃園縣國民中學教師對學校建築滿意度及需求之研究

Abstract
摘 要
本研究的主要目的,在瞭解桃園縣國民中學教師對學校建築的滿意度及需求,並進一步探討桃園縣國民中學學校建築的現況與改進意見。
本研究以「桃園縣國民中學教師對學校建築滿意度及需求調查問卷」及「桃園縣國民中學學校建築現況調查表」為研究工具,以桃園縣全縣63所國民中學為研究範圍。問卷調查以1197位教師為樣本,調查表寄發63所學校填寫,並以立意取樣方式,對6所學校之校長、主任或教師進行訪談。以上所得資料,經統計分析、整理歸納、結果討論,得到以下結論:
一、桃園縣國民中學教師對學校建築之整體及各部分滿意度均屬中等。
二、對校舍的滿意度,會因學校所在地區、學校類型不同而有所差異。
三、對校園的滿意度,會因非上班時間對運動場的使用率、學校所在地區、學校類型不同而有所差異。
四、對運動場的滿意度,會因教學領域、服務年資、學校所在地區、設校歷史、學校類型不同而有所差異。
五、對附屬設施的滿意度,會因學校所在地區不同而有所差異。
六、對學校建築整體的滿意度,會因學校所在地區、學校類型不同而有所差異。
七、桃園縣國民中學學校建築整體上之量與質均有待提昇。
根據研究所得之結論,分別對教育行政機關、國民中學行政人員、國民中學教師及未來相關研究提出建議,作為提高學校建築量與質研究方向之參考。
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to study the satisfaction and the demand of school buildings from the teachers in Taoyuan county junior high schools. The current status and suggestions for the school buildings are reviewed and made, respectively. This research report is based on the collections and analyses of “Questionnaire of Satisfaction and Demand of School Buildings in Taoyuan County Junior High Schools” and “Investigation of School Buildings in Taoyuan Junior High Schools” from school teachers and the conclusions from several interviews with school administrators and teachers. Sixty-three junior high schools in Taoyuan County are the sample sources. The above two questionnaires are sent to 1197 teachers and 63 schools, respectively. Six interviews with the principal, dean, or teacher from six different schools had been made. The following conclusions are made after the statistical and inductive analyses of the returned questionnaire samples and the conclusions from the interviews. 1. The overall teachers’ satisfactions for the school buildings are medium. 2. The satisfaction for the school houses varies with school location and school type. 3. The satisfaction for the campus varies with usage rate in non-working hours, school location and school type. 4. The satisfaction for the school field varies with teaching course, teaching experience, school location, school history, and school type. 5. The satisfaction for the school affiliated facilities varies with school location. 6. The overall satisfaction for the school buildings varies with school location and school type. 7. The overall quantities and qualities of the school buildings in Taoyuan county junior high schools are needed to be raised and improved. According to the above conclusions, the suggestions have been reported to the administrators of the educational institutions and the teachers of the junior high schools for the guideline or reference of the junior high school buildings enhancement.
