dc.description.abstract | 這是我的生命故事,敘說我在四十歲時意外踏入幼教領域,創立了一所托兒所,也幫自己找到一個實現創意的舞台。我的故事從我生命的源頭開始,回溯人生的過往,記錄我創業的歷程;探索我的創造能力和創意表現,闡述我與創造力4P理論之間的關係。以及我自己對生命本質的探究與人生任務的省思,希望讓大家分享終身學習的經驗,因為我的故事而增加不同的多元思維與觀點,期許能從我的個案歷程窺見創造力的價值,能對創造力教育留下小小的軌跡。 透過自我敘說的文本與相關資料的蒐集,以創造力的人格特質、創造力的歷程、創造力的產品、創造力的環境為架構,說明我和我的創造力。並透過文獻探討和訪談與問卷,形成三角檢證,以檢驗我創造力的表現,佐證我的生命故事的真實度。 而研究主要發現及結論是,日常生活中的迷你創造力和小創力表現,可以累積成經營托兒所的專業創造力,創造力可以豐富生命,可以讓生活更美好。希望家長們鼓勵孩子朝多元發展,找到自己的多元智慧創造力的長處,不要以升學主義為指標、以學歷為導向;與想進入幼兒教育領域的同好們分享經驗,並提出對未來研究的建議。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This is the story of my life, which describes how I found myself a creative platform, and at the age of forty unexpectedly entered the field of early childhood education, subsequently founded a pre-school in Taipei. My story begins with my childhood, and traces back to various events in the past. It also details my career passage and explores my creativity and creative undertaking, and my relation with Creativity 4P Theory. It is my hope that by sharing my lifetime learning experiences, and my personal quest and thoughts for the essence and purpose of life, we'll be able to expand the multifaceted thinking and point of view, and realize the value of creativity, and have some impact on creative education. Through self-description text and relevant information collection, based on creative characteristic of personality, creativity process, creative product, and the environment of creativity, this thesis explains myself and my creativity. Also through research of literature, interviews and questionnaire, using triangulation method, this thesis verifies my creative performance, and the truthfulness of my life story. The main discovery and conclusion of my research is, the mini creativity and small creative performance in our daily life can contribute to the professional creativity in managing a pre-school. Creativity can enrich and better our lives. I hope parents will not solely focus on academic credentials, and that they will encourage their children to develop in various areas and to discover the benefits of their multiple intelligence creativity. I also wish to share my experiences with those who are interested in entering the field of early childhood education, and to provide suggestions for future research. | en_US |
