Abstract

本研究旨在探討不同背景變項高中學生在倦怠感、復原力以及心理健康之現況、比較其差異情形,以及倦怠感、復原力與心理健康之間的關係。研究方法為問卷調查法,研究者以臺北市844位高中學生為研究對象,使用「青少年學習態度量表」以及「精健量表」作為研究工具,以描述統計、多變量變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及典型相關進行資料處理與分析,獲致以下發現: 1. 不同性別的高中學生,在倦怠感上無顯著差異,但在復原力以及心理健康上則有顯著差異。 2. 不同年級的高中學生,在倦怠感、復原力上有顯著差異,但在心理健康上則 無顯著差異。 3. 高中學生的倦怠感與復原力呈顯著之負相關。 4. 高中學生的復原力與心理健康呈顯著之正相關。 5. 高中學生的倦怠感、復原力與心理健康之間呈顯著相關。 最後,乃根據研究結果進行討論、形成結論並提出建議,以作為實務工作者及未來研究的參考。
The main purposes of this study were to investigate the the relationships among senior high school students’ burnout, resilience and mental health and to compare the gender and grade differences in these three variables. Methodologically, the study employed a questionnaire survey. The participants were 844 senior high school students in Taipei City. Instruments used in this study included: Adolescence Learning Attitude Scale and Mental Health Scale. The data was statistically analyzed with descriptive statistics, MANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The following are the findings of this study: 1. There were no significant differences in burnout between senior high school students of different genders. However, there were significant differences in resilience and mental health between senior high school students of different genders. 2. There were significant differences in burnout and resilience among senior high school students of different grades. However, there were no significant differences in mental health among senior high school students of different grades. 3. There was a significant negative correlation between senior high school students’ burnout and their resilience. 4. There was a significant positive correlation between senior high school students’ resilience and their mental health. 5. There was a significant correlation among senior high school students’ burnout, resilience and their mental health. Finally, based on the research findings, suggestions were made to teachers and parents. Directions for future research were also provided.
