汐止市民對推動健康城市之認知、信念、自我效能、行動與評價之調查

Abstract
本研究目的在瞭解汐止市民對於健康城市之認知、推動汐止市成為健康城市之信念、自我效能、行動和評價。方法:本研究採結構式問卷調查法,研究對象為台北縣汐止市居民,藉由汐止健康城市工作說明會及登山健行活動,以「汐止健康城市調查問卷」進行資料收集,共回收225份有效問卷。結果:汐止市民對於健康城市之認知,其各題百分比介於36.7%~80.6%,信念與自我效能為同意與非常同意之間,推動汐止市成為健康城市的行動和評價得分亦高。徑路分析結果發現汐止市民對健康城市的認知、信念、自我效能和評價四者間的徑路呈現正向顯著,而認知和行動之間的徑路是負向顯著。此外,信念和行動及行動和評價間的徑路係數亦為負值,但不顯著。結論:本研究發現汐止市民對於推動汐止市成為健康城市之認知、信念、自我效能和評價間有正向關係,但是否能確實以實際行動來支持汐止市成為健康城市仍有待未來持續努力。
The aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge, belief, self-efficacy, action and evaluation on health promoting city in Sijhih city. Method: A survey was conducted by the structured questionnaire. We collected data from participants through Sijhih Health City workshops and related health promotion activities. A total of 225 citizens finished the questionnaire. Result: Results showed that participants correctly answer knowledge items regarding health city ranged from 36.7% to 80.6%. Participants indicated a high degree of belief, self-efficacy, action and evaluation on health city in Sijhih city. The path analysis results showed that the pathway among knowledge, belief, self-efficiency, and evaluation on health city had significantly positive direction, but the pathway between knowledge and action was significantly negative direction. In addition, a path coefficient between knowledge and action was the negative value, and action and evaluation, too. Conclusion: There have positive relationships among knowledge, belief, self-efficiency, and evaluation for promoting Sijhih city among participants to become health city. However, participants hesitated to take actions that supports health promoting city will be a challenge to future practitioner.
