高齡者之博物館導覽介面設計研究
Abstract
高齡人口的增加是目前許多國家所面臨的問題。當數位科技的來臨,高齡者(年滿65歲以上的老人)如何適應與學習數位環境所產生的問題,是一個值得探討的議題。
數位科技也為博物館帶來數位博物館與數位典藏等新的呈現方式,打破實體博物館的侷限。數位博物館突破傳統實體博物館的時間及空間限制,將數位典藏的數位學習資訊,直接透過數位化設備及網路傳輸分享給更多的人,擴大數位學習的範圍。
本研究探討如何設計符合高齡者使用之數位博物館導覽系統,解決高齡者面臨的數位學習問題,藉以提升高齡者數位學習的興趣。透過文獻探討社會高齡化現象、高齡者數位學習問題、高齡者生理與心理、數位博物館與數位導覽等相關議題,歸納分析出社會結構學、高齡者學習問題與成人學習研究、視覺心理學與認知心理學、高齡者的色彩辨識、數位導覽與博物館的關係等相關的研究理論。將高齡者使用國內數位導覽系統的問題做一實例的分析探討與比較。整理出圖像設計、人機介面設計、數位展示等,適合高齡者數位介面設計的相關應用及方法,做為本研究創作的依據。為了呈現符合高齡者的數位導覽設計結構,研究創作內容以奇美博物館數位導覽之設計做為本研究之成果內容。
透過本議題之探討,達到重視老年人的數位學習與成年教育的權利為目的,提昇高齡者的生活滿意度,使高齡者擁有更好的數位學習環境。
Nowadays, people can live longer and longer because of higher living standard and advanced public hygiene. More and more elders makes a aging population society . However, we face a challenge -“how to make these increasing elders accommodate to the digital environment?” Digital technology brings a huge evolution for museums and their collections. Digital guide and e-learning information about museums could transfer to everyone via Internet. Therefore, museum digital guide is a coming trend. Then, our question is “Does the digital system panel be friendly and easy enough for older people?”. The study will find out the way to design the museums digital guide system and try to solve elders’ learning problems and to upgrade their interests in e-learning. Depends on the literature of an aging society, the elderly academic and non-participation in learning, elderly physical sensations and cognitive psychology, museums and digital guide , the function and form of digital guide, and other related issues, to sum up the social structure science, elders’ non-participation in learning problems and survey of adults’ learning , visual psychology and cognitive psychology, the relationship between color theory and the elderly , the relationship between digital guide and etc. Through cases analysis, the actual content of digital guide and the elderly users’ problems in the system operation would have a comparative analysis. My creation references to graphic design, human-computer interface design and digital display on the elderly people. The result of this thesis will lead the Chi-Mei Museum digital guide system which is suitable and friendly for elder people. The objectives of the thesis and creation go as follow : 1. To emphasize the importance of elders’ digital learning confusion and adults’ rights of education. 2. To raise up the elders’ life satisfaction and create a better learning environment for them.
