足部貼紮對第一趾節於60公尺衝刺表現之研究

Abstract

目的:探討以彈性低位岱氏貼紮來改變第一趾節活動度對短距離起跑出發階段動作之影響。方法:以10名有內旋足之大專公開組短距離田徑男運動員為主要研究對象,利用改良式趾節量尺、高速攝影擷取選手貼紮前後第一趾節量測資料以及起跑出發階段所產生之運動學參數與30、60公尺衝刺成績表現。本實驗以相依樣本t考驗比較貼紮前後於起跑出發階段之運動學參數與第一趾節角度間之差異,顯著水準訂為α = .05。結果:經過有無貼紮後的結果1.第一趾節活動度測試影響上,經紮後只有慣用腳的總活動上有明顯的增加;2.對起跑推蹬的角度變化影響,在第一步與第二步推蹬動作上,踝關節角度有明顯的增加;3.對起跑推蹬的水平速度影響,在第一步離地瞬間重心水平速度有顯著的進步;4.對60公尺衝刺表現影響,前30公尺無顯著差異但在60公尺表現上有顯著進步。結論:彈性低位岱氏貼紮可增加內旋足短跑者於60公尺衝刺表現,表示貼紮技術可以控制過多的內旋動作而有利於推蹬動作。
Purpose:to investigate the effect of low-Dye taping on first ray mobility during 60m spurt in athletes with pronated foot. Method:10 elite athletes, majoring in sprinting and presenting pronated foot, participating in this study. A modified first ray ruler was used to measure first ray mobility. Knee, ankle, and first ray motions during 60m spurt was captured using the high-speed video technique and the kinematic and performance data were analyzed at the start, 30m and 60m. The statistical analyses were done by paired t-test to compare the differences between the taped and untapped conditions. All significance levels were set at α = .05. Results: The results were found that the total range of the first ray only significantly increased at the dominant leg during low-Dye taping. Ankle plantarflexion significantly increased during the push-up of the first and second steps. The horizontal component of the instant forward velocity of the body was found to increase at the first step. Although there was no difference at 30 m, the completing time at 60 m significantly improved. Conclusion:Elastic low-Dye taping improved the performance of 60m spurt for the athletes with pronated foot, implying that the excessive pronated motions can be controlled using the taping technique.
