國中教師創造力教學自我效能與創造力教學行為之相關研究:以幽默感為中介變項

Abstract

本研究旨在探討國中教師在創造力教學自我效能與創造力教學行為之間的關係,以及幽默感在兩者的中介效果。研究者使用問卷調查法與便利取樣法,調查對象為北、中、南區、東部及外島之五百零三位國中教師,研究工具包含:「創造力教學自我效能量表」、「創造力教學行為量表」、「多向度幽默感量表」。研究結果臚列如下:一、國中教師背景變項在創造力教學自我效能、創造力教學行為與幽默感部分結果呈現顯著差異。二、國中教師之創造力教學自我效能、創造力教學行為與幽默感彼此呈現高度正相關。三、國中教師之幽默感能部分中介創造力教學自我效能與創造力教學行為。冀望本研究之結果能提供國中教師與相關單位作為日後發展之參考。
This research aims to explore the relationship between self-efficacy for creativity-teaching and creativity-teaching behaviors of junior high school teachers, and the mediating effect of sense of humor. The researcher used questionnaire surveys and convenience sampling methods. The subjects of the survey were 503 junior high school teachers in northern, central, southern, eastern and outer islands of Taiwan. The research tools included Self-efficacy for Creativity-teaching Scale, Creativity-teaching Behaviors Scale, and Multidimensional Sense of Humor Scale. The research results are listed as follows: 1. The background variables of junior high school teachers show significant differences in the results of creative teaching self-efficacy, creativity-teaching behavior and sense of humor. 2. Junior high school teachers' self-efficacy for creativity-teaching, creativity-teaching behavior and sense of humor are highly positively correlated with each other. 3. The sense of humor of junior high school teachers can partially mediate creativity teaching self-efficacy and creativity teaching behavior. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide junior high school teachers and related units as a reference for future development.
