dc.description.abstract本研究以新加坡的職業教育與職業訓練作為論述主軸,探討知識經濟時代,新加坡職業教育與訓練發展過程,並透過對新加坡國家工藝教育學院之研究,分析新加坡職業教育發展如何配合時代改變,進行學校學習及實施職業訓練。主要藉由文獻分析了解各個議題,並透過實地參訪來印證新加坡職業教育與職業訓練之現況。本研究發現新加坡參考德國雙元制職業教育制度,成功創立獨具特色的新加坡雙元制職業教育模式,並運用立法手段及推動相關計畫,建立多元、多層次、多類別,職前與在職併重的職業教育與培訓網絡。同時依據新加坡發展經驗提出:一、改變國人對技職教育的認知與加強資源投入;二、落實技術及職業教育法及各項計畫;三、紮根與推展中小學職業教育;四、縮短產學落差並加強與產業界合作;五、促進職業教育課程教學彈性化;六、建構完整國家資歷架構體系;七、加強中央與地方政策推動一貫性等建議,以供相關單位參考。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on vocational education and training in Singapore as the main argument subject, and investigates the vocational education and training development process in Singapore. To analyze the development of vocational education in Singapore how to meet the changing times, and cause the issues of school learning, vocational training and so on via the study of Institute of Technical Education (ITE). To understand various issues, and to prove the status of Singapore vocational education and training through literature analysis and field interview. The study finds that Singapore successfully created a unique dual vocational education system model according to the Germany vocational dual system. Singapore adopted legislative measures and the related plans to establish the pluralistic, multi-level, multi-category, both pre-service and in-service vocational education and training network. The recommendations are as follows: 1. To change people's perception of technical and vocational education and enhance resource input. 2. To implement the Technical and Vocational Education Act and the plans. 3. To root and forward the primary and secondary vocational education. 4. To shorten the gap and strengthen the cooperation between industries and schools. 5. To promote the elasticity of vocational education curriculum and instruction. 6. To construct the complete national qualification framework. 7. To strengthen the consistency of central and local policies.en_US
