隱喻的意義及其在學校行政問題解決的應用

dc.description.abstract隱喻被界定為觀念系統。乃因隱喻是無所不在的,因此學校成員的學校行政行為,深受隱喻的影響。更進一步看,學校行政問題的產生,也無可避免地受到隱喻所影響。因此,要解決學校行政的問題,從隱喻的運用來啟示行動的方向,顯得很重要。本文旨在藉由隱喻意義的分析,然後將隱喻在學校行政問題解決的應用進行文獻與個案分析。結果發現,隱喻的運用,之所以具備學校行政問題解決的功能,是因為視實體可以被建構,視真理是相對的、短暫的、視語言的運用是觀念系統的提供。因此隱喻的運用之所以具有解決學校行政問題的功能,在於它可以創造新實體、激勵新知識的學習、促進實驗的機制,因為如此行動將有助於學校行政問題脈絡的診斷。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractMetaphor is defined as a conceptual system. Because metaphors exist everywhere in daily life, the behavior of school staff is influenced extensively by metaphors. Further speaking, the problems of school administration are usually caused by the mistake of metaphor exercises. Therefore, it is a key point to solve the problems of school administration by the metaphor exercise. This study explores the meaning and analyzes its applications in problem-solving of school administration by literature review and case study. As a result, it is found that, metaphor exercises will play an important role in solving the problems of school administration.en_US
