Abstract
本文旨在探究我國中學品德教育的發展樣貌,為達此目的,筆者乃透過文獻探討與個案研究,針對品德績優與深耕學校進行剖析與反思,藉此歸納中學品德教育的實施特點與限制。主要結論如下:一、中學品德教育採融入各課程與融合各活動加以實施,形塑學校成為一道德社群予以推動,以及整合校內外資源協助發展。二、中學品德教育在品德教育推動、品德目標擬定、品德價值選擇、道德氣氛營造、品德課程實施、品德方法運用、品德成效評估等方面仍有若干不足與待改進之處。據此,筆者乃針對校園品德教育的實施提出若干建議,期能對基層教育工作者推展品德教育有所啟示。
This article aims to inquiry the development of character and moral education in secondary schools. For this purpose, the author get through the literature review and case studies to induct the implementation features and limitations of character and moral education in secondary schools from analysis and reflection on character and moral education promoting merits schools. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) character and moral education in secondary schools integrated into various courses or activities to implement, to shape the school became a moral community which to be promoted and integrated the internal and external resources to development. (2) character and moral education in secondary schools are still a number of deficiencies and to be desired in aspects of promoting character and moral education, developing character and moral objectives, moral value choice creating moral atmosphere, character and moral curriculum implementation, character and moral methods and character and moral assessments. Accordingly the author put forward a number of suggestions for the implementation of character and moral education in schools. Hope for implicating educators on taking character and moral education forward.
