教師嗓音保健知識、行為及自覺健康之分析研究--吵靜地區學校教師之比較

Abstract

本研究主要目的在於探討國小教師在噪音保健方面之知識、行為及自覺健康現況 ，並比較吵靜地區教師是否有所差異，研究樣本來自臺北地區14所小學共215位教師。研 究主要發現包括：(1)教師在噪音知識的答對率為64.4%。(2)在行為方面影響噪音健康最 常見的習慣為提高音量，其次為睡眠不足。(3)教師最常見噪音健康徵狀包括：喉嚨乾、 喉嚨緊、講話容易疲勞、噪音沙啞等。另有約10%的人表示經常失聲。(4)整體說來，吵 校教師較靜校教師有顯著多的噪音不適徵狀；但在知識、行為則無差異。

The main purpose of the study was to explore the knowledge, behavior of voice health, and the self-perceived voice health among primary school teachers in Taipei. In addition, the study also compared those variables between teachers in noisy and quiet school. The sample was selcected from 14 schools, with the total number of valid question-naires being 215. Results indicated that the rate of the rate of correct answers for the knowledge test of voice health among teachers was 64.4%. At the aspect of behavior, the most common detrimental behaviors to voice health were "loud speaking", followed by "inadequate sleep", The most common symptoms of voice problems among the teachers included "dryness in the throat", "vocal strain", "voice fatigue", and "hoarseness". The 10% of teachers usually or always have the "loss of voice" experience. As a whole, the teachers in noisy schools reported more voice symptoms than the teachers in quiet schools, but there was no significant different on voice health knowledge, behavior between two groups.
