Abstract

本研究主要以生命敘說為研究方法,研究中所使用之資料以自身的回憶為主,並佐以照片、書面資料、圖畫及生活札記…等相關素材,再與故事內容有密切相關人士相互求證以檢驗資料之信效度,藉此匯集成本論文的內容。 本研究藉由回溯生命經驗中,試圖從過去的我、現在的我、善得(我的孩子)與我之間三條主軸的相互對話,交織成《生命的詠歎調——我與善得的生命故事》。 我的生命故事敘說包含自我身心靈康復、我與善得的親子關係與家庭教育三大面向。並試圖以此作為主幹,建構其骨;以我與善得的生命故事作為枝葉,豐華其中,構築出一套屬於自己的生育、養育及教育哲學。 最後在本研究中作成以下幾點結論: (一)每個人都能康復自己的身心靈 (二)家庭功能的重塑 (三)讓孩子做自己生命的主人 (四)啟發創造力的環境 並且就個人在由準備生產截至目前為止,五年來的生、養、教經驗,分身、心、靈部分提供幾點個人建議給新手媽媽,作為未來參考。
Life narrative in qualitative research method was used in this study. The material in this study bases on my own recollection. I also provide correlative material such as photos, written material, drawing and notes; in the meanwhile, I contrast the material with the recollection from the relative people to examine the validity of this study. I construct this study by the conversation between the past me, the present me and Shan-De (my child) with me. My life narrative includes three main aspects—the self-restoration of body, mind and spirit, the relationship between me and Shan-De, and family education. I create my own philosophy of birthing, raising and educating children. These conclusions in this study: I. Everyone is capable of restoring their own body, mind, and spirit. II. The re-establishment of the function of family. III. Children are the masters of their own life (let children take charge of their own life). IV. To create the environment of creativity. And I offer several individual suggestions of body, mind, and spirit to the novice mother by my experiences of birthing, raising and educating for five years, will take the future reference.
