籃球控球後衛之敘說研究-以SBL球員為例

Abstract
關於籃球的文獻很多,但是探討籃球運動不同位置的文獻並不多見,特別是針對場上指揮官,也就是控球後衛的文獻更是少見。研究者本身是籃球運動員,主打控球後衛。經歷國高中聯賽、大學聯賽、SBL職業隊、以及國家隊的不同經歷。深深感受到一個控球後衛的重要性,以及開發此研究的必要性。本研究旨在探討籃球控球後衛選手在比賽歷程中的角色詮釋,以及與隊友在領導與被領導間的互動與關係,並深入詮釋籃球與人生的課題!
本研究不是利用做實驗,也不是透過問卷調查的方法。而是意圖深入控球後衛的特殊經驗,萃取出值得借鏡的思維與資訊,因此選擇敘說研究的方法。
研究結果透過控球、傳導、防守、判斷力、得分與助攻、無私的精神、發號與執行戰術等內容,來詮釋控球後衛角色的多面性。又分別以領導自己、領導隊友、領導球 隊等角色,來詮釋領導的藝術。皆說明了控球後衛必須具備一流的體能、技術、戰術等綜合能力,以及高度的智慧,才能脫穎而出勝任此角色。
另外,藉由長方形球場上習得的寶貴經驗,驗證了「球場如人生,人生如球場」這句話的真諦,點出了運動的價值。分別以「掌握時間」、「克服逆境」、「完成使命」、「領導他人」及「抉擇」等面向,詮釋從長方形球場體悟到的道理,和人生旅途的相似處。
While numerous literatures regarding basketball were conducted, few research investigating positions of the basketball player; specifically, none of research was on the study of point guard. In this study, the primary researcher was a point guard basketball player who experienced several significant competitions including junior/senior high school, university league matches, Super Basketball League (SBL), and national squad. Based upon these unique experiences, the researcher pointed out the importance of point guard and the essentiality of this research. The aim of this research is threefold: Exploration of how a point guard basketball player interprets his role during the competition process; revelation of the issues of leadership and interactive relationship with others; and the discussion of the topic on basketball and life. This research method design was neither experiment nor questionnaire; rather, it was based upon a point guard’s unique experience, through which referable ideas and information were extracted. To do this, narrative study was considered an appropriate approach. Several findings are worthy of notice: Firstly, the versatileness of the point guard basketball were interpreted by the discussion of dribbling, passing, defending, judgement on court, scoring and assisting, unselfish spirit, calling and operating game strategy. Secondly, the art of leadership were interpreted by the discussion of self-leading, leading others and leading the team. It was found out that a top point guard basketball player required the integration of physical strength, skills, game strategy, and high intelligence. In addition, the point guard’s invaluable experiences gained on the square basketball court verified the statement of games and play on basketball court is like the battle of life; importantly, it pointed out the value of sports. Consequently, the researcher discussed the dimensions of time management, overcoming the adversity, accomplishing the mission, leading others and making choices to interpret how he learned from the square basketball court and the similarity between basketball and life.
