大學諮商中心志工服務經驗對諮商心理師專業生涯發展的影響經驗研究

dc.description.abstract本研究目的主要在探討大學時代參與諮商中心志工的諮商心理師,於大學期間擔任諮商中心志工對其後來專業生涯發展的影響經驗。研究參與者為大學期間非諮商輔導相關科系、曾在大學諮商中心擔任兩年以上志工、已擁有諮商心理師執照、且目前從事諮商輔導工作至少一年以上的心理師,共四位研究參與者,為二男二女,年齡介於三十歲至四十歲之間。研究者設計訪談大綱,以半結構訪談進行資料搜集,並以敘事研究中「整體—內容」、「類別—內容」之研究方法進行分析,以了解研究參與者專業生涯發展與相關經驗、大學諮商中心志工經驗與影響,以及服務經驗對生涯發展之影響。 本研究結果為:(一)研究參與者的專業生涯發展經驗深受環境與成長動機影響,透過大學時期的探索有助於確立生涯發展方向(二)大學諮商中心對於志工而言不僅是值班服務的場域,更是重要的生活重心。透過諮商中心提供的相關資源,志工能夠拓展生命經驗、增進覺察與促進自我成長。(三)研究參與者的專業生涯發展因志工服務經驗而開拓,志工服務經驗有助於生涯探索,進而影響後續生涯的抉擇與發展。   根據結果進行討論,最後提出實務工作與未來研究方向建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to explore the impact of being a volunteer in university counseling center on counseling psychologist’s professional career development. Participants in the study were non-consultation related departments during university, counselors who had worked as volunteers for more than two years in university counseling center , had a counseling psychologist license, and are currently engaged in counseling for at least one year.The participants included two males and two females, aged between 30 and 40 years old. To answer the three research question: 1. What is the experience of professional career development? 2. What is the experience and influence of being a volunteer in university counseling center? 3. What is the effect of the voluntary serving experiences on the career development? The researcher developed an interview outline and conducted semi-structured qualitative interviews. Narrative research method was applied to collect participants’ stories and analyzed them by "holistic-content" and "categorical-content" approach. The results of the study were as follows. First, the experience of professional career development was deeply affected by the environment and growth motivation. Exploring during university will help establish career direction. Second, University counseling center is not only a field for duty services, but also an important core priority in life for volunteers.Volunteers can expand life experience, increase awareness and promote self-growth through resources provided by the university counseling center.Third, Professional career development is expanded by voluntary serving experiences. Voluntary serving experiences contribute to career exploration, which in turn influences the choice and development of career. The study findings may serve as a guide for professional helper and further research on related field.en_US
