「學習療法」在臺推動影響因素之研究:以「腦健康教室」為例

dc.description.abstract臺灣從高齡到超高齡社會,臺灣準備的時間比日本、韓國、美國、中國都少。需要要加快腳步。難道這是我們的宿命嗎?如果正向事情都不做只能補破網,失能老人就會越來越多,病床越多,還是我們來做一個政策思維翻轉,換來減少失能老人,增加老人健康餘命。 研究者期待可以運用學習療法的概念,讓更多學習者可以運用此方法與預防失智與成功老化。研究者想瞭解學習療法的內涵,探究揚生腦健康教室發展與實施方式與分析揚生腦健康教室對健康學習者成功老化之影響,作為長期推動的指標依據。 研究者發現經12週腦健康教室學習者們對成功老化六項自我感受改變的狀況有明顯的改變,且改變幅度都在10%以上,特別是在健康自主16.65%與社會及生活適應16%與親友關係15.72%為前三名,再來是學習層面15.07%、家庭層面14.82%,而經濟保障最少改變幅度為13.77%。將前後測結果繪製成功老化量表前後測差異雷達圖,發現生活適應、社會親友關係,健康自主、經濟保障、學習層面、家庭層面六大項,學習者自我感受改變都有明顯改變。由此可揚生健康就是對成功老化自我觀念的改變狀況是有明顯影響的。zh_TW
