幼兒園主管人員專業知能增能需求分析及增能課程規劃

Abstract

教育部每年度辦理公立幼兒園園長領導相關專業知能研習,充實公立幼兒園園長專業知能。本研究基於提升學前教育主管人員的領導知能,並使研習效益更能貼近實務需求,針對各類公立幼兒園主管人員探究業知能需求,並提出未來增能研習課程規劃之建議。本研究採用問卷調查先行了解參與108年度公立幼兒園主管人員行政管理與領導知能之學員對於專業知能面向,以及各知能面向所含課程內容之增能需求,並以重要程度及急迫程度加以判別。在問卷調查彙整結果後再行訪談,以了解不同職別的主管人員對於增能需求調查結果之看法,其中包含需求優先順序排列,以及各類人員需求優先程度差異性的原因解讀。綜整調查結果,受訪對象對於重要的知能面向想法相近,增能需求以「領導與溝通」、「團隊營造」、「教保活動課程領導」優先;但進到各面向課程內容時,職別背景與經驗影響到需求優先性的區別。另研究發現主管人員受工作現況之挑戰影響,在增能需求提及「行政管理」與「外部關係與行銷」之頻率增高,「教保活動課程領導」則較低。根據研究結果,本研究建議未來增能課程規劃,除優先安排共同增能需求較高的內容,也考量幼兒園主管人員職別與工作組織現況的增能需求差異,進行共同與自選增能課程之規劃,以滿足幼兒園主管人員的專業發展需求,進而可以提昇幼兒園的辦學品質。
The Ministry of Education leads relevant professional knowledge, training of preschools public supervisors each year to enhance the professional knowledge of preschools public supervisors. Based on improving the leadership knowledge of preschool educational supervisors and making the learning benefits closer to practical needs, this research explores the needs of various public preschools supervisors and puts forward suggestions for future enhancing learning curriculum planning.This research uses a questionnaire survey to students who have been involved in Enhancing Course of administrative management and the leadership skills of public preschools supervisors in 2019. In terms of professional knowledge and skills, and the need for empowerment of curriculum content included in each knowledge, and judged by their importance and urgency.Based on the survey results, the respondents have similar ideas about important knowledge and ability orientations, and their needs for empowerment are"leadership and communication", "team building", and "educational protection activity course leadership" priority. Another study found that the supervisors were affected by the challenges of the current work situation, and the frequency of mentioning "administrative management" and "external relations and marketing" in the energy-enhancing needs increased, while "educational protection activities course leadership" was less frequently mentioned. According to the research results, this study suggests that in the future energy-enhancing curriculum planning, in addition to prioritizing the content with higher common energy-enhancing needs, it also considers the differences in energy-enhancing needs between the titles of preschools supervisors and the current work organization. To carry out the planning of common and optional empowerment courses to meet the professional development needs of preschools supervisors, thereby improving the quality of the preschools.
