人才培育的空間美學:在地化資優教育的探討

Abstract

「在地化」(localization)是這個強調去中心化(decentralization)的後現代社會裡,經營資優教育的重要理念。本文探討晚近文獻中提出的地區/校本資優教育經營模式,並以數個別美國本土具特色的偏鄉資優教育案例作為發想的基點,提出音、光、熱、氣、水五個培養在地人才的環境要素,要素間的動態關係源於教育工作者感知紋理,營造氛圍,型塑出在地化的人才培育空間美學。
Localization is an essential concept of programming gifted education in the postmodern society emphasizing decentralization. In this paper, site/school-based management models of gifted education are presented first. A conceptual framework of cultivating the talented in a district is further discussed based on the cases of rural gifted educationin USA. The framework, in light of space aesthetics, includes five elements that imply interrelated dimensions of localized gifted education.
